Frequently Asked Questions

Booking, payment, what's included and how the day works. Still curious? We answer on WhatsApp.

Booking & payment

How do I reserve a charter?

Choose your boat and duration in Reserve Online and pay a 30% deposit by card. Your date is held right away and we confirm the details on WhatsApp. Prefer to talk first? Message us at 939-216-3359.

How much is the deposit?

30% of the charter price. The remaining 70% is paid on the day of your trip.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel 48 hours or more before your charter for a full refund. If the captain cancels for weather or sea conditions, you choose a full refund or a new date.

Can I add extras after I book?

Yes. Seabob, jet ski and BBQ can be added online, and catering, private chef and transportation by WhatsApp.

On the day

Where do we depart from?

Fajardo, on Puerto Rico's east coast, about an hour from San Juan. We send exact meeting details after you book.

Is transportation from San Juan available?

Yes. Private roundtrip transportation from the San Juan area is $40 per person.

What's included?

Captain, mate, local fuel, ice, bottled water, sodas, beer, fresh fruit, snacks, sandwiches or wraps, Bluetooth music, a floating mat and snorkeling gear.

What should we bring?

Swimsuit, towel and reef-safe sunscreen. Sunglasses with a strap and a waterproof phone case help too.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes. Tell us ahead of time if you're bringing a cake, champagne or a cooler so the crew can plan space.

Boats & destinations

How many people can come?

It depends on the boat: the Wakecraft takes up to 7 guests; the Schaefer, Axopar and Lagoon 48 take up to 12. Larger groups can book two boats.

Which charter length should I choose?

Six hours is our most popular: time for two islands, lunch and a long swim. Choose eight for Culebra or a full island-hopping day.

Can we go to Culebra?

Yes, as a full-day charter. Culebra is about an hour each way, so we recommend 8 hours. Culebra routes are quoted per trip.

Do I need boating experience?

No. Every charter comes with a professional captain and mate.

Are kids welcome?

Yes. Life jackets are on board, and calm, shallow anchorages like Palomino are ideal for families.
