The island
Go farther. Stay longer. Discover another side of Puerto Rico.
Culebra is a world away from the mainland: a quiet island east of Fajardo, home to Flamenco Beach and some of the clearest water in the Caribbean.
Getting there is part of the day. Arrive by private boat, skip the ferry lines, and spend the afternoon between Flamenco's white crescent and quieter coves only a boat can reach.
Recommended: 8 hours.
What to expect
Flamenco Beach
A long white crescent of sand that regularly appears on world's-best lists.
Quiet coves
Anchor where the ferry crowds never go.
A true full day
The crossing, the island and the ride home at golden hour.
